Dough it is very sad that it has to come to financial crisis that we have enough time to spend it with our families and to take care for our health it is a good thing that we get the opportunity for getting closer with our family or to make a career change. The advantages are that you move at your own pace and do so toward something that you have a genuine interest in. Passion is such a huge part of finding the right career and that isn't always possible to determine when you're coming out of high school and choosing your college major. Sometimes you just have to get out there and try things and see how they work for you. Ryan, in some ways I think hobbies are THE way to find a career. The advantages are that you move at your own pace and do so toward something that you have a genuine interest in.

Passion is such a huge part of finding the right career and that isn’t always possible to determine when you’re coming out of high school and choosing your college major.

When I graduated college with a degree in finance I couldn't find work so I worked as a bartender and taught myself web development, which then allowed me to create some income producing websites and also played a role in my current job where I'm spearheading our new company website.
